The “Nora” Plot: GETTING RID OF EXCESS - After an unexpected guest from the future, Nora West-Allen (Parker Kennedy), appears at their home, Barry (Gustin) and Iris (Patton,) must figure out how to get her back to the future without disrupting the timeline…even more than she already has. The cast also includes Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibny, Jessica Parker Kennedy as Nora West-Allen, and Danielle Nicolet as Cecile Horton.
